In the event that an item you have ordered is unavailable, we will inform you by e-mail as soon as possible and, where payment has already been made, refunds will be credited back to the original payment card used for the transaction.

We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card in AED in UAE and SAR in KSA and also cash on delivery. The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules. If you make a payment for our products or services on our website, the details you are asked to submit will be provided directly to our payment provider via a secured connection.
